I like the idea, I like the effort put in. But I'm a huge ozzy fan. One suggestion would be to not have OZZY playing guitar (at least that's what it looked like). The lip syncing was off. But other than that, great job!

I agree with Hydaulic below me for the most part. If you have a sound editor you can raise or lower voices.

Try looking on the web for some tips on flash, there's lots of flash tuts here on NG.

I found it to be boring. My suggestion would be to sped it up a bit. The pokemon fight scene was a bit drawn out. Other than that, it was okay. The animation flowed smooth enough.
